Shipping policy

REGULAR ORDERS
All orders EXCEPT for Pre-Orders will ship out (or be ready for pickup) within two business days of placing the order. Please see below for information regarding Pre-Orders and Cincinnati Pickup.

PRE-ORDERS
Pre-Orders will be packed and shipped to arrive on, or as close to the street date as possible - or, if local, they'll be ready for pickup in the shop on the release date. We will notify you through shipping confirmation - or a call/email/text when your item is ready for pickup. There are times we receive new releases the night before or morning of street date. We cannot control shipment or manufacturing delays, but we will turn your order around as quickly as possible.

PICKUP OPTION FOR CINCINNATI-AREA CUSTOMERS
If you want us to hold your items for pickup at our Northside shop (4156 Hamilton Ave), please enter the Discount Code CINCYPICKUP when you go through the checkout process here on the Shake It site. Then we'll skip the $4 for shipping when payment is processed.
